Turner Classic Movies | Filmstrip IDs


TCM came to MAMMAL to revamp their broadcasting through bumper IDs that play before and after their classic movies. MAMMAL came up with unique symbols that connect each film, and created a vintage filmstrip look to design each frame and to transition from one film to the next. I was responsible for designing the frames for the wardrobe and cats IDs, and animating the cats and dogs IDs.

Ideation Frames


One of the IDs originally was going to be for “big sets” that have been used across a wide range of classic movies including Footlight Parade and 2001: A Space Odyssey.

Final Frames


The final frames combine a vintage animation style with vibrant colors and iconography, ultimately making classic feel timeless.
